Our pizzas

Our pizzas

For us perfection starts with the foundations, and when it comes to pizza that has to be the dough! We make it ourselves with four simple ingredients- Water, yeast, Italian 00 flour and salt, we then pop it in the fridge to proof for at least 24hrs!

Every pizza is lovingly hand stretched and topped with the finest Italian ingredients sourced from our friends at Carnevale. Our fresh chillies and herbs are homegrown at Valley farm!

​

Each pizza is then cooked at 400 degrees for 90 seconds in our Wood fired oven, the result- 

an authentic, crispy, subtly smoky flavoured cheesy delicousness!

It really works!

No Cheese you say! Honestly it's really yummy, and vegans - add any veggie topping you like to this one!

Vegetarian? We've got you covered!

We roast all of our veg in a drizzle of olive oil to add extra flavour before topping and cooking at 400 degrees in our wood oven!

And one of our most popular pizzas, if in doubt pick a pepperoni!

Like it hot? Just add chillies!

Now this is a real classy pizza,

and one we firmly recommend!

Thinly sliced prosciutto di parma on a bed of peppery rocket, generously sprinkled with parmesan cheese and a good drizzle of olive oil....This is Italy on a plate!

The controversial one!

With our wood fired oven and traditional Neapolitan style, it is rather daring of us to put this one

on the menu! However it happens to be one of our childhood favourites, and we think

it deserves a place! We also like to engage in the debate, pineapple on pizza? yes/no?!

Punchy Italian flavours..

love anchovies on pizza? Then this strong flavoured combination of toppings should be right up your street!

The spicy Calabrian sausage winner! 

This pizza started out on our specials menu, it became so popular it had to be upgraded

to the main menu...and the rest is history! It's now one of our customers all time favs!

Nduja is a Fiery sausage from Calabria with a pate consistency, the Italians even spread it on toast!

We think it belongs best on pizza, with a drizzle of Hot star Spicy honey for that

sweet chilli kick! It's a must try!

Our special Garlic butter, Rosemary, Parsley

Our special garlic butter, enthused with rosemary and topped with parsley, you just cant go wrong!

Add mozzarella to make it cheesy delicious!
